Dark Balsamic Vinegars

Our dark balsamic vinegars are some of the best in the world! They are made in Modena, Italy from the sweet and sugary Trebbiano grapes. The juice is pressed out of the grapes and then boiled down in copper kettles to create a thick syrup like liquid that is then aged in barrels. Dark Balsamics are so versatile that they can be used on just about anything, including ice cream, fruit salads, marinades, and much more!

White Balsamic Vinegars

Our white balsamic vinegars have not been caramelized over an open fire in the copper kettles like our dark balsamics have been, but that sure doesn’t stop them from being delicious! They are also made in Modena, Italy from Trebbiano grapes, but have not been aged quite as long as the dark¬†balsamics. They make wonderful salad dressings, light-colored sauces, and have a sweet subtle taste.
