Potato Salad

  • 3 lbs russet potatoes
  • 1/3 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Dill Pickle Mustard
  • 2 green bell peppers, diced
  • 3 stalks of celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Optional: Chopped Onions


  1. In a large pot, boil potatoes until they are tender (around 30 minutes). Drain and peel.
  2. Cut into around 1-2 inch chunks.
  3. In a different bowl, combine potatoes, Terrapin Ridge Dill Pickle Mustard, green bell peppers, 3 stalks of celery, mayo, and chopped onions.
  4. Cool completely and then serve.
