Roasted Shrimp Cocktail

  • 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Olive Oil 
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Tuscan blend spices
  • 1 tbsp Tuscan Herb Olive Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 400-degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Spread shrimp on sheet and drizzle with Lemon olive oil.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and Tuscan herbs.
  4. Toss shrimp to cover with seasonings, and then roast in oven for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Finish shrimp with Tuscan Herb olive oil
