- 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Lemon Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp Tuscan blend spices
- 1 tbsp Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 400-degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Spread shrimp on sheet and drizzle with Lemon olive oil.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Tuscan herbs.
- Toss shrimp to cover with seasonings, and then roast in oven for 5-6 minutes.
- Finish shrimp with Tuscan Herb olive oil
