Watermelon-Feta Bites with Blueberry Balsamic

– 16 cubes of seedless watermelon, 1 inch in size
– 1 cup of crumbled feta
– 12 mint leaves, finely chopped
– 4 tbsp River Run Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar


1) Mix feta cheese and mint in a bowl and set aside for 10 minutes

2) Space out the watermelon pieces onto a large serving platter. Evenly disperse the feta-mint mixture on top of the watermelon pieces.

3) Drizzle Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar on the watermelon bites just before serving.
